UNIT 5.4

Can you use conditional formatting to create a maths quiz?

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

Using the conditional formatting tool within Excel, pupils will create their own spreadsheet maths quiz. Once completed, pupils will share their quizzes with others and keep a record of the scores. They will then create a second spreadsheet to show this data. Using their acquired skills in writing formulae, this final spreadsheet will show the sum, average, minimum and maximum values of the scores collected. Pupils will demonstrate good design awareness; utilising the formatting tools available to display their data clearly and attractively.
