About this project
Pupils will make their own stop motion animation based on an area of interest or on a particular topic or theme. This will be done in front of a 'green screen' (either green backing paper or cloth), in order for background images to be added in. Throughout the process of making their stop motion animation, pupils will be developing instructional language and will be required to give and follow instructions that enable them to direct their toy characters to different places within their scenes. Completed animations may be edited to include sound effects, narration, theme music and title/closing sequences.
